jackson county WI | Yes Steven it is pathetic that this story even has a mention of the "dirty" river, when a mans life was at stake. They had no idea where the dozer was under water. His cab was half full of water when he got out. He was starting to run short of air and was going to try and make a run-swim for it. That is when they decided to knock the bank out and let the water out, after he had been in there over a hour. Why that was not the initial move is beyond me but I can only imagine what this situation must have been like. | |
