When your prostate gland gets really enlarged, and you cant urinate, somehow flowmax either shrinks the prostate or does something so you can urinate.
This information is really important. Have a brother who is on flomax or generic, and who knows about if/when he might need a cataract surgery. Ill pass this on to him.
