when I get it, I just start opening things. Now, I get my mail at a location where 99.9% of it is mine and mine alone, but occasionally there will be a piece of mail put in my box that isn't mine. Cant really recall a time when I opened it, but wouldn't be a bit surprised if I have. So, my point would be, maybe the neighbor innocently opened it? Now if they read the contents? That would just be your bad luck. Just sayin.
