| What sort of reparation are you expecting? IF they looked the damage has been done. I just don't know what the lender could do in that situation to make it better? It's a rotten situation and I duty understand you're ire. I would be livid as well much ad all of us would be.
I suppose hindsight says to handle the paperwork that is sensitive like that in person, not to trust mail or mailing practices.
IF the information came to light the lender might be liable in some way to any damages if you incur amy, but a lawyer would better know the answers to that question. | |
