So, according to the progress chart, we are 1% behind the 5 year average on corn plantings. All the worrying/complaining this last 4 weeks about late plantings was just that, worrying/complaining. Yea I know there are the exceptions, but, looks like things are all "normal". So once again we are well on our way to another record corn crop.

I guess I didn't realize that the planting progress were that up to date, always thought they were a week behind.
