We are even struggling on tiled land. I farm around a lot of sloughs and they are full to the brim. Tile can’t drain a slough from the edge. I have left about 3 acres in the first 300. I have abandoned a 42 acre silage field for the time being. On the last 250 I hope to only leave 6-8? But I decided to go, so I know there will be plenty of other acres not going into “prime” conditions. At least I can take off down pressure in the chiseled land, I did it last year and it worked great. NW Brookings County SD.
