I'm on our county fair board, and am looking for ideas to block off our grandstand event area/track from on-lookers who didn't pay for that event. The issue is our camping area, is right next to our racetrack/grandstand and in the past there have been numerous people having "parties" in the campground around our track to watch whatever grandstand event is happening, without paying admission the the event. Would need to block off the outside of turn 1 of a 1/2 mile track. 

Is there any places that rent out free standing or easily erected privacy fence?

Anyone have any other suggestions? Talked of using semi trailers to block the view, but we are limited on space, and cannot have trailers on the track for certain events.
