| Started getting it 15 years ago? Not bad. Been taking OTC acid reducers for the last 5 years or so. Quit taking the proton pump inhibitors because of the heart damage and taking ranatidine 1 or 2x a day or tums for the second dose.
I been catching Dr. Bob Marshall on Saturdays the last year on AM560. Heard a few times him talk about this. The theory is that your body does not make enough digestive acid and the reflux is Lactic acid. I started taking HCL a week ago and haven't had any reflux since. Just wanted to pass this on as it seems like a pretty good cure and actually amazing.
