Yea a lot of insurance companies got together on that one. I know country companies is saying they aren't paying because it isn't the applicators fault, it is the product. There is going to have to be a court battle over it at some point. Looks to me like the herbicide labels covered their butts and left liability on applicator. That said most of cases "here" last year were physical drift, easy to tell where it came from.
