Ethanol Refinieries can't be efficient either without running at a high rate.. ours has been operating at only 60% of capacity this spring.
Why are we IMPORTING Heavy Crude when we can make CLEANER Fuels from US Products such as ethanol REDUCING the US TRADE GAP as is President Trump's stated Objective?
I thought putting America First... meant putting AMERICA FIRST.
