That is correct. We asked some of the older fellows working for us where the monkeys, antelopes and gazelles were. He said they ate them all. Same for fish in the Volta River, gill nets everywhere, hardly an eating sized fish anywhere. Of course the locals ate anything bigger than a baby minnow.
