It amazes me too Chris. The two techs that came out to work on our combine were long time employees with a lot of training. In this case, it wasn't their fault. The dealership would not buy them the tools that they needed to run the proper tests (a special quick coupler fitting). And this same dealer is selling at least 3 new combines per year.

Unfortunately the one tech quit his job a few months later. He probably had the most years of experience there. The other tech is still with the dealer and I believe he now the top one there. He is the only one left that I know by name.
