The header would not raise on our 9560sts last fall. JD techs thought it was the circut board (WAG) based on the fact that they did not know how to test the coil or test for hydraulic pressure (they did not have the "right" fittings). They ordered a new board and a new coil and went home. The one tech decided to come back early in the morning before the circut board arrived and pulled a hose to see if there was any hyd flow: NO flow. The hydraulic pump had shore an internal key. They put a new pump on because deere does not offer parts for the the pump (not even a key!).

Just something to check...
