Day Co. SD		Communication. My wife does this kind of work. The people that communicate, have few problems. The guys that never answer their phone or call back are always trying to fix mistakes months too late. You are correct, it can add up to real dollars.

Sadly most guys think having someone else handle the desk work, is gonna free them up for more profitable hours. More times than not, it is the opposite.
