I've done that for several yrs Carlson, it pencils very very well.
I've looked at the grazing thing, I'd like to try it, but honestly I think drylot and doing that 3 crop in 2 yr deal works better for my situation. Mainly due to I don't have anything close to home everything is 4-10 miles away so no good lockup places for heavy rains etc so don't trample in ground etc.
