We’ve had our own grinder for as long as I can remember. Run a H1100 now on a 4640. It takes us at least two half days a week to grind all the corn stalks and alfalfa for the week. It’s nice to always have fresh ground but I’m really tired of the time it takes. I thought we should try a custom guy just to see how we like it and how the costs compare.
