KS and NE in eastern 3rd | Problem is some years you win and some you lose. When times were good I was netting 500 to 1000 per acre before land costs. The value of the land at the time was 4 to 6k per acre so the farms we had bought a few years ahead of that time were half paid for with just a couple good years. Extremely hard to beat those returns and even harder to not stay in the game to see them come back. | |
