No asset has ever been able to defy the laws of economics forever. Land had been very stubborn to come down to its economic threshold. But it will. It should be priced at about 9 times its annual gross revenue. Or about half where it currently is. When it starts to unwind, it can (and will) happen quicker than Most can even fathom. Then it will actually go down further than it really should for a short while, then retrace back a little to right about where it should be for awhile. Then the cycle will start all over again. Count on it.
