| As former management at a large company who had to deal with a lot of employees but fewer capital assets.....that low ROI is awesome.
Tractors don't call in sick (and if they do break down you can usually grab another).
Combines don't have bad days.
Cattle are never late clocking in.
Corn doesn't go on vacation (although the price.... never mind).
Soybeans don't have bad attitudes some days.
Hogs get along, or fight it out until they do.
Planters don't b!+$# for more pay.
