| One way to renegotiate trade deals is to make counties near to NK accountable for their own well being.
If they don't wanna step up we pull the plug on trade. Then when all hell breaks loose we ride in and level things and hand everyone a bill with a new trade deal.
Kill two or three birds with one stone. Make counties accountable, renegotiate trade, and mop up NK.
While we have that tin hat on. Wonder if the usda is trying to overstate supply in case all hell does break loose? Kinda of a calm fears tactic.
