Our non land cost is around$500 per acre, add cash rent of $250 and you have a total cost of $750.

Not sure how you get to $500 for non land cost.

$250 buys a lot of fert seed and chem. Another $250 buys a lot of iron fuel and insurance.

Maybe you need to trim some fat
