I think CHS is in the business of financing crop inputs and not land or machinery. I would think most of that $145,000,000 would be just for crop inputs and someone else would have their machinery and land financed. I would guess that CHS would take a 2nd or get a mortgage on any land that they can but I would almost think that most of it would be unsecured debt.
