My mil can make some mean pan fried chicken. Other than that, we have a place about 20 miles away Castelli's Moonlight, I believe 1/4th a chicken is 3 pieces and a half is 5 pieces. Other than that, we have 4 or 5 other places that have great chicken around here. It's a lot harder to find a good steak than chicken in these parts.
Where have you had the best fried chicken?
