Subject: RE: Well my two cents,.....

North Central Kansas
My dad has always been big proponent to us coming back to the dairy so I think he'd be willing to work with me. As far as acreage, we farm about 1100 acres. The crops has kinda been my duty most years. Dad hasn't ran sprayer since I was a sophomore in highschool, all no till. This year we planted 700 acres fall crops for us, 350 for the neighbor and about 175 acres sorghum silage. Spent many nights coming home at seven and planting till 2 am. I just feel like we'll both get burnt out if dads milking and wants to be farming ground, and I'm farming ground wanting to get into milking. (Although both are enjoyable, I work as an Agronomist so farming is fun too)
