I'm 40 miles west and a little south of effingham city the county seat. I would say 75% or more of the corn that got planted in April had to be replanted in the is area (60mile radius).

That being said I finished planting corn on May 17th. I took for granted that what I was seeing over that way was comparable to what is in my fields (16 round x 36 long). Stands are off by a little but not a whole lot.

I do see 1 in 10 fields looking at the low end of an average or high end of poor for a rating. The other 9 out of 10 fields I would call average. This is all a county west and 2 counties west of Effingham. Tomorrow I'll grab a couple ears deeper in my fields and report back. There may be issues I'm not aware of.
