A bountiful food supply is certainly importantto having a civilized society and a robust economy. All I am trying to say is that the government doesn't interfere with physical cash transactions of grain, and if the value of the grain was truly higher than the board, or some loan price or any other government intrusion, the cash transaction would reflect that fact every day, all day long.
