Bloomington and Putnam IL | Congrats on running 2 miles! If you can run 2 you can run a slow 5k with a little more training. have had a bad left knee since high school and with the 50# off it hurts less today (ran 6 miles yesterday and got21,000 total steps in push mowing and trimming the yard and this morning we pedaled kayaked 5 or 6 miles and another couple hours of yard work) than it used to hurt walking a half mile down to the creek to go small mouth fishing when I was an almost 200#er. Now you need to work on eating less (wink, wink). Ate out last night but a couple shrimp tacos and a couple Sam Adams was enough nourishment for me. |
