last post notwithstanding....do NOT, I repeat,,,,do NOT go Big Box stores-especially Home Despot. appliances are "manufactured down" to meet their price point. With them, it is all about the price. I strongly recommend independent dealers, as service is MORE likely to be better. They have no-where else to go, so more likely to treat you as human
