I sold him some cattle once on December 30th that averaged 856 pounds he asked if I wanted to get paid in that year or the next so I said next. About January 5th hadn't heard from him so I called him he was headed my way with money this went on 5 months I got almost to the attorney part when he sent a check for less then the scale tickets weight & since the market softened he paid $30 a hundred less & he claimed the cattle were 659 pounds & some died & all that a friend of mine is his nephew who told me don't deal with him said those cattle didn't die or get sick & were the weight I said & witnessed it but then the guy filed bankruptcy & had me in legal trouble for harassment.
why in the world deal with him again? That's your fault and don't stoop to his level IMO.
