A farmer I knew passed away suddenly. He took care of all the financials for his family. He had no debt but didn't have all that much money in the bank. His wife was worried sick about what to do until a neighbor asked her when she was going to start shipping wheat. They had well over a hundred thousand bushels in home storage and that was when wheat was $10/bu. She had no idea.
