Kroil is the very best penetrating oil I have ever tried, and I have used them all over many years. We keep a supply of Kroil around all the time.
IMHO, the next best would be PB Blaster, then maybe Liquid Wrench or John Deere Multi-purpose spray.
However, I have not tried the NAT recommended Hagen's Brew.
