western colorado | Bought a price of equipment out of TX with a little 1004 Perkins in it that the exhaust had rotted off in a way it made a funnel to introduce water into the engine. She was pretty stuck had about two and half gallons of water in the oil pan. Drained it out and tried to just bar it over. Could get a 48" bar on the fly wheel teeth, pretty good leverage.....nothing. Started pulling injectors and dumping kroil in the cylinders. By the time the injectors were back in the bar got leaned on hard again and about caused a face plant it turned over so easy. Could of done it with a big screw driver. Yes it's that good. And it stinks like hell. It's called panther piss around here cause it smells worse than anything thing a cat can do. | |
