NW Washington | That is why I never want to live in an apartment.
I see them building new huge apartments here, mainly for college students in this case, and they are all wood stick construction. Two by fours and OSB Looks like big fire waiting to happen to me.
Recently we had an apartment fire that was caused by some student's girl friend cleaning out a pot pipe with a torch in the bedroom while the student was in class. Whoops.
