If the eggs stick, I would say that the temperature of the pan is too hot. Once the egg hits pan it fries too fast and sticks. I would heat the pan with some oil to just medium and then add the egg to fry. Also, fresher eggs are harder peel when they are hard-boiled and that could be some of the issue with frying them as well. But I think it's the temperature of your pan that is the biggest factor.
