just a tish NE of central ND
Well, after posting in the weigh in section, I remembered why I came here , and it was to ask a simple question?
Ive been frying eggs for the petter part of 40 years and Im still clueless as a headless chicken.......Why do fried eggs all too often stick to the bottom of a (NON TEFLON) frypan and ones in a while they just roll off
Same pan, same oil, same stove, Fairly simmilar heat each time......... different resuults..........sometimes so easily you could fling the pan and they would flip over in mid air like flapjacks without even using a flipper utensil??Next tiome I feel like getting a putty knife and you would need scotchbrite to finish the job..........
...... comments?
