W. Kansas | I personally think the marbling is on the light side of things. Not a Select by any means, kind of a bottom end Choice. They sure as hell are proud of them. Last week we could get Choice, bone-in ribeye loins at our local Dillons(owned by Kroger), here in W. Kansas for $4.99/#. I picked up a 17 and 18# loin. Have a buddy with a meat band saw and we cut them thick, those steaks make for good grilling times. | |
