Free as in dad owns it and won't use it and it will sit empty if I don't. Small piece that can't be farmed on edge of pivot. Gota use up before creek goes dry in mid summer. I gota fix fence I guess and I keep their freezer full of beef. So guess I kind of pay In other ways a little bit
