My thoughts are similar. Besides the fact you will spray AT LEAST 3 times and still have weeds.
I'm sure Mr. Hagny will be along any minute to tell us we aren't doing anything right, not using the right chems, not fertilizing enough, etc. But us guys with skin in the game know what works.
