Southern Indiana | I think you have a good idea. This year I let my 2nd cutting grass hay get dry, then baled it, wrapped it with a couple layers less of plastic than I normally use and immediately cut them apart and moved to a permanent storage area. If you plan to store as dry hay I think leaving them wrapped airtight is a bad idea because no matter how dry hay is it still goes through a sweat. | |
