Northeast, NE | Please don't forget everyone who helped fight the fires too. Farmers with disks, volunteer fire and rescue, etc. It is emotionally draining and very scary to go out and fight these fires, meanwhile their paying job goes undone and their livestock goes unfed.
Lets make sure that some money goes to the fire departments too. Money will be needed to replace equipment, buy gas, food, water, pop, and beer. Pop, and beer might be the most important! Seriously, after going through that and coming out alive, many times you need a chance to unwind and relieve stress.
