Not a dumb idea at all! Im a feeder not a cow calf guy, but if that program where in place I would go buy a cow or heifer and get it down there.
Talked to a high school classmate that lives in Kansas. He said it was most horrible thing he has ever seen.
Wouldn't it be cool.
