Lost a cow to a hill(couldn't get up), found a calf with bloody scours, calf got stepped on ruptured intestines and died. When it rains it pours.
When Dad was around he always said with the pigs there is a surprise every morning and generally not a good one....good luck as livestock is a challenge and I like my beef
