We have a box for our load out and a separate one for our working facility.  After the cows have been through the load out a couple of times they will load themselves.  The working facility takes a little more finesse but after a couple of trips through it gets much easier to handle them.  By far the most difficulty we have are with fresh weaned calves the first time through.
