N.C. Iowa

Boy that label is confusing.  It states that you can plant 4 months after the last application, but do not graze, or harvest for forage or straw.  To be honest I hadn't paid any attention to that, but normally plant our rye after corn silage, but have had a few acres on occasion following beans.  We chopped ours in late May or early June though.  I know of a few around here who have covercrops flown on while the beans are standing and graze it in the fall.  With the excess rain this past summer and fall, and the warm temps lately, one would think the fomesafen would be broke down.  I wonder what the concern is?
