NC Iowa | we had a bumper crop of raspberries last summer and we still have the freezer full of bags of them. around 30 quarts.
i think jam may be the best way for us to use them, and give them away to our kids. i am looking for a recipe that someone has used with great results. we tried one a while back and followed the directions exactly. the jam never set up, and was a thin consistency. we ended up using it as ice cream topping. i think this is going to be my project so i need something relatively fool proof. i am not great in the kitchen, but can follow directions very well.
