Nusbaum Farms LLC Bellfountain, OR | Ben, on new metal I just use a product that the local pressure washer shops carry, designed to strip off the mill scale and oily film. I've had really good luck with it. You spray it on, then wash it off in a few minutes with a degreaser. I'm currently out of it or I'd give you the name of it. If you just go to the Karcher or Landa dealer in K-Falls, I'm sure they would have it.
I agree on OSPHO. It's awesome on rust but doesn't do much on new metal.
