Well here in Idaho you can trail ride your horse or trail cattle down any road get poop on it. It's fine, but if you spill one drop out of a manure truck you can be fined for loss of your load. In the spring or fall there's not a road that doesn't get poop on it from trailing cattle. Nothing gets me madder than bull wagons that open traps on paved roads to let them drain, plenty of places they can drain them off paved roads.
