I wish some one would make thread chasers for poly fittings. Seems the process of mass produced molded threads is the real problem. Pipe dope and thread tape just tries to "smooth" things over. We have tried running a pipe threader over some fittings but need a way of doing it in one continuous motion. Other wise the chatter marks left behind are as bad as the misaligned molded threads.
