Mid-Michigan | Is this surprising? How are you going to pay $200+ rent? How are you going to pay $5000+ for land and stay financially solvent? I've read here for so long about guys giving advice to buy this or buy that but not offering a sound financial plan. Geez, it's pretty simple. Ask "how am I going to pay for this"? This is our 1980's beginning. A 10,000 acre farmer near me just hung himself. Is it worth the chance?
