Sorry for late response if you're still following this. My customers are shifting back to more tillage and narrow row air seeding beans. Putting something down ahead will be broke I'm afraid by some sort of soil disturbance. Told them disc with treflan ahead of 2 cultivator passes. Drill, then ppo as pre would be good. They all complained at that idea.
